Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Manager located in Bahadurgarh. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining detailed records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the finance team, coordinating with clients and vendors, auditing financial processes, and advising on financial planning and budgeting to help achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Proficiency in using accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools
• Experience in auditing, budgeting, and financial planning
• Strong understanding of tax laws, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and vendors
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is a plus
• Previous experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
