Accounts Manager

An Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) handles the crucial post-sale process, focusing on securing financing, selling finance/insurance products (warranties, protection plans), ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing lender relations to finalize profitable deals while maximizing customer satisfaction and dealership revenue. They work with customers, sales teams, and banks, preparing paperwork and training staff on F&I. Key Responsibilities

• Customer Finance & Sales:
• Guide customers through financing/leasing options, presenting finance products like extended warranties, service contracts, and GAP insurance.
• Structure profitable deals by matching customers with appropriate lenders and products.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Lender & Bank Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with various banks and lending institutions.
• Secure loan approvals and manage the submission of financial agreements.
• Compliance & Paperwork:
• Ensure all deals adhere to state, federal, and local laws, including title, registration, and credit regulations.
• Accurately complete and submit all necessary title and finance paperwork.
• Sales Team Leadership:
• Train sales representatives on F&I best practices and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales to close deals and structure incentives.
• Financial Management:
• Monitor F&I department performance, prepare reports, and forecast financial outcomes.
• Manage risk and internal controls for the department.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in an auto dealership finance department.
• Strong understanding of finance, credit, and title laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer programs and financial software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
