Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script and call list. Explain products or services and generate interest. Qualify leads based on set criteria and pass them to the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM. Handle customer objections and respond to inquiries in a professional manner. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Provide feedback on campaign performance and customer responses.
