10X International School is a progressive educational institution committed to delivering world-class learning experiences. To strengthen our Finance & Accounts team, we are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager with strong financial acumen and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the school’s complete accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, taxation, and audit processes.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Liaise with auditors, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls and reporting systems.
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support senior management with financial insights for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills

• CA / Inter CA qualification is mandatory.
• 6–10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
• CA Inter (Preferred)
