Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and rigorous IB Diploma Programme (DP) History lessons in alignment with the IB curriculum framework.
• Plan and implement units of inquiry, assessments, and classroom activities that foster critical thinking, historical analysis, and global perspectives.
• Guide students in developing strong research and essay-writing skills, especially for Internal Assessments (IA) and Extended Essays (EE).
• Differentiate instruction to cater to diverse learning needs and ensure student success.
• Actively contribute to collaborative planning sessions with colleagues and curriculum leaders.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development programs.
• Promote academic integrity, intercultural awareness, and the values of the IB learner profile.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in History or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in IBDP History (experience with MYP/IGCSE will be an advantage).
• Demonstrated track record of preparing students for IBDP assessments and university readiness.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for fostering inquiry-based learning and developing lifelong learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
