Role Overview:
The Principal will provide visionary leadership, uphold IB standards, and ensure academic excellence, innovation, and holistic student development in line with the school’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic planning and execution for academic and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with IB authorisation, evaluation, and quality standards.
• Drive a culture of innovation, inquiry, and global-mindedness.
• Oversee curriculum delivery, faculty performance, and student outcomes.
• Engage actively with parents, community, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ph.D. in Education or related field (mandatory).
• STEM academic background preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in education, with at least 5 years in senior leadership in an IB school.
• Proven record in PYP, MYP, or DP leadership.
• Strong strategic, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per month
