Accounts Head

The Account Head will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire finance and accounting functions of the company. This includes finalization of accounts, statutory compliance, budgeting, fund management, and liaising with auditors, tax officials, and banks. The role involves leading a team of accounting professionals and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and finalize company accounts, including statutory audit and tax compliance (TDS, VAT, GST, Income Tax).
• Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Liaise with banking authorities for fund management and bank limit proposals.
• Manage working capital and cash flow effectively.
• Oversee internal and external audits and coordinate forensic accounting if needed.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (ROC, Customs, Excise).
• Prepare and submit MIS reports to management regularly.
• Head and mentor a team of 5-7 finance and accounts professionals.
• Handle inter-branch accounting, including international transactions if applicable.
• Manage personal accounts and tax filings for directors and associated entities.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and international accounting principles is a plus.
• Proficient with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
