We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to manage office operations and front office duties. This role acts as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service while also ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions of the office. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Manage the reception area to keep it presentable and organized Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Maintain office supply inventory; order supplies as needed Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping Support other departments as necessary to ensure efficient office operations Maintain office security by monitoring access and ensuring safety protocols are followed Manage office equipment usage and arrange for repairs and maintenance as needed Assist in coordinating office events and meetings. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Proven experience in office coordination or front desk/receptionist role Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive attitude Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Interview Location: Vera Developers, Zirakpur Only female candidates can apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
