We are seeking a highly skilled MIS Specialist with at least 3 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing information systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data analysis, system management, and reporting to support strategic business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain information systems ensuring data integrity and availability
Analyze business data and generate actionable MIS reports and dashboards
Expertly use MS Excel to create advanced data models, reports, and dashboards (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.)
Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as an MIS Specialist or equivalent
Strong proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions such as PivotTables, Macros, VLOOKUP, and data visualization
Collaborate with departments to identify MIS needs and develop tailored solutions
Lead MIS projects, system upgrades, and integration of new information technologies
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory policies related to information systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
Experience with system audits and reporting tools is a plus

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
