Chief Architect – Vera Developers

Job Summary

Vera Developers is seeking an experienced Chief Architect to lead the architectural vision and design strategy for our real estate projects. The Chief Architect will oversee the conceptualization, planning, and execution of architectural designs aligned with the company’s goals of quality, sustainability, and innovation. This role requires a leader with deep expertise in architecture, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across teams for seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and strategy for residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects across multiple locations.
• Drive innovation and sustainability in architectural solutions, aligning designs with Vera Developers’ brand values and customer expectations.
• Oversee the architectural team, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with legal, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, marketing, and legal departments to deliver holistic project execution.
• Manage land identification, project planning, and architectural design phases comprehensively.
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, materials, and construction practices to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Maintain transparency and effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and contractors.
• Lead efforts in documentation, architectural frameworks, and integration with broader real estate project objectives.
• Monitor architectural trends and regulatory changes to keep Vera Developers at the forefront of the industry.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7- 10 years of progressive experience in architectural design and leadership within real estate development, especially in residential and commercial sectors.
• Strong expertise in sustainable design principles and green building standards.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing architectural teams and large-scale projects.
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in architectural design software and tools.
• Ability to balance business needs with innovative architectural solutions.
• Experience with end-to-end project lifecycle in real estate development is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹850,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
