Sales Manager (Direct Sales)- Real Estate

As a Sales Manager at Vera Developers in Mohali, you will be responsible for managing and driving direct sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. Your primary focus will be to lead the sales team, motivate them to achieve sales goals, build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders, and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence. You will also be required to conduct client meetings, negotiate deals, and provide insights on market trends for business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and drive direct sales for residential and commercial real estate projects. - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals. - Build strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and stakeholders. - Create and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence. - Conduct client meetings, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently. - Analyze market trends and provide insights for business growth. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (real estate, automobile, or insurance domain preferred). - Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills. - Customer-focused and strong networking abilities. - Should be a self-motivator with high energy and target orientation. - Immediate or 7-day joiners will be strongly preferred.
