Job Description

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated female Telecaller for our real estate company. The candidate should be proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi to effectively communicate with potential clients and support our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate properties and generate leads.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about available properties and projects.
Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
Maintain and update client records and lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up with clients to ensure conversion and provide excellent customer service.
Stay informed about real estate market trends and company offerings.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Previous experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales.
Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
