Job Description

Core responsibilities

Financial Operations: Manage daily accounting functions, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for senior management and other stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and oversee the company's budget, financial projections, and long-term financial plans.
Compliance and Policy: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards (like GAAP or IFRS). They also develop and maintain internal financial policies and procedures.
Risk Management: Implement financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard the organization's assets. Analyze liabilities and investments, and manage cash flow.
Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, support, and conducting performance evaluations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
