Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Manage all banking activities — fund transfers, bank reconciliations, deposits, and coordination with bank officials.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial forecasting.
Oversee statutory compliances (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Income Tax, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
Implement and maintain internal financial controls and accounting systems.
Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist management in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ICWA preferred).
7–12 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and banking procedures.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, SAP) and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple financial tasks with accuracy and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
