Position: Accounts Head
Experience: 15+ Years in Accounts & Finance Management
Salary: As per Industry Norms
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 10+ accountants and oversee the entire company’s accounts and finance operations.
* Supervise day-to-day accounting, finalization of accounts, and MIS reporting.
* Ensure timely GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and statutory compliance.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
*Oversee vendor payments, payroll, budgeting, and fund management.
*Coordinate with auditors, management, and external agencies for smooth financial operations.
*Implement and monitor internal financial controls to ensure accuracy and transparency.
*Contribute to strategic financial planning and cost optimization.
Required Skills:
*Strong command over Tally ERP / ERP Software, Excel, and Financial Reporting Tools.
*In-depth knowledge of Taxation, Audit, Compliance, and Corporate Finance.
*Excellent team leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
Qualification:
M.Com / CA (Inter) / MBA (Finance)
