Job Description

Manage daily operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and the general ledger to ensure accuracy.
Financial reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) and produce periodic reports for management.
Budgeting and forecasting: Develop annual budgets and financial projections and monitor performance against them.
Compliance and policy: Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.
Staff management: Lead and manage the accounting team, which includes hiring, training, and supervising staff.
Strategic advice: Act as a key financial advisor to senior management, providing analysis and recommendations on financial performance and strategy.
Auditing and risk management: Coordinate with external auditors and conduct internal audits. Manage the company's financial risk and liquidity.
Process improvement: Look for ways to automate the accounting process while maintaining accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
