Job Description

Overall Hotel Operations: Managing all departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless service and adherence to standards. Financial Management: Developing and managing the hotel's budget, forecasting revenue, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures. Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring high service standards, promptly addressing guest feedback, and creating a welcoming environment. Staff Management: Hiring, training, and managing all hotel staff, including department heads. Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing strategies to improve revenue, market share, and overall business performance. Sales and Marketing: Leading sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and attract new business. Community Engagement: Ensuring the hotel is a positive contributor to the local community. Maintaining Standards: Enforcing health, safety, and security regulations and ensuring the hotel meets all licensing requirements.
