Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising housekeeping staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Task Allocation: Assigning cleaning and maintenance tasks to staff, ensuring efficient task completion and proper coverage. Inventory Management: Monitoring cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and placing orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Budget Management: Developing and managing the housekeeping budget, forecasting expenses, and optimizing cost efficiency. Problem Solving: Addressing guest complaints, resolving issues related to housekeeping services, and implementing solutions to improve guest satisfaction. Training and Development: Conducting training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and guest interaction.
