Job Description -

KRA for Finance Head (CA Professional)1. Accounts Payable Management

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all vendor payments.
• Maintain proper verification of bills, PO matching, GRN matching, and approvals.
• Monitor ageing of payables and ensure no overdue payments.
• Implement strict controls to prevent duplicate or incorrect payments.
• Maintain vendor ledger accuracy and clear outstanding queries within defined timelines.

2. Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy

• Perform and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and inter-company reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Ensure ledger accuracy across all finance modules (payables, receivables, GL).
• Resolve mismatches and discrepancies within defined TAT.
• Ensure monthly closing activities are completed on time with complete accuracy.

3. Audit & Compliance

• Lead internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely submission of all schedules and data.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI (if applicable), and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors for smooth audit completion without major observations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records as per audit standards.

4. Financial Reporting & Controls

• Prepare monthly MIS reports including payables summary, ageing, cash flow impact, cost variance, etc.
• Build strong internal controls to prevent financial leakage.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and SOPs.

5. Team Management & Process Improvement

• Guide and mentor the finance team for daily operations.
• Improve and automate payable processes, workflow management, and documentation.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions for efficiency.

6. Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and management for payment planning.
• Ensure vendor satisfaction by timely resolution of payment-related concerns.
• Communicate clearly with internal departments for audit support and reconciliations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
