Accounts & Finance Head

Shree Vardhman Group, a leading developer in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic Finance Head to join its accounting and finance team. 

Only qualified candidates with relevant skills and experience will be considered.

Requirements:

• MBA specialisation in Finance, or have a CA degree with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry
• Proficiency with accounting software and practices, along with strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, honesty and responsibility with a
• Expert in accounting practices, Audit and Taxation Laws, RERA compliances

Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete bookkeeping for all companies
• Manage GST, TDS, Payroll & all statutory compliances
• Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, Vendor & Govt. liaison
• Prepare & review consolidated financial statements
• Design & publish MIS reports & budgets
• Manage banking operations, funding & costing of projects
• Financial modelling and cash flow mastery
• Compliance & RERA understanding
• Negotiation/vendor communication
• Vendor payment approvals
• Customer collection review
• Compliance deadlines check
• Team Handling and Risk Management
• Meetings with directors for project status and payment collection
• Budget creation for project-wise and actual tracking of finances
• Managing all tasks related to banking and funding, like bank loans, bank accounts documentation, and RERA accounts
• Trial balance, balance sheet, P&L finalisation, internal audit and no discrepancy in books
