Accounts & Finance Head

As a part of Blackfrog Technologies, a Manipal-based technology startup specializing in manufacturing medical devices, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring financial compliance. Your responsibilities will include: - Recording all transactions and updating entries in the books with accuracy and compliance. - Preparation of financial statements and Cash Flow Statements to monitor liquidity effectively. - Providing guidance and assistance to team members in the Accounts department. - Creating Utilization Sheets for grant utilization and handling TDS, GST workings, and verification to ensure compliance. - Leading the audit completion process, preparing necessary information for audits, and providing working papers as required. - Generating Monthly MIS reports, participating in Budgeting and Forecasting activities, and analyzing Budgets vs Actuals. - Coordinating with Chartered Accountants (CAs) and consultants when necessary, and submitting documents as needed by CAs and higher authorities. - Demonstrating proficiency in accounting software such as Tally and MS Office Suite. - Utilizing strong analytical skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate Books of Accounts. - Exhibiting excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. - Demonstrating leadership qualities by motivating and guiding team members in the Accounting & Finance function.
