Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and financial data. You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate GST/tax filing and compliance with local regulations.
• Process invoices and payments, and liaise with vendors and customers as needed.Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Monitor financial transactions and reporting for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in accounting/finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems; advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
• Experience in: Invoicing, bills, checks, A/P & A/R
• Posting, reconciling transactions & ledgers
• GST filing, EPFO & ESI entries
• Bank reconciliations & multi-currency transactions
• Preparing P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UAE/VAT regulations (if applicable).
• Working knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
• Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, ACCA) is a plus.
