Job Description – Account Executive Company: P2PAE (PSPKA Service Private Limited) Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate must have strong working knowledge of Tally and be proficient in handling bank entries and reconciliations. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Maintain daily accounting entries including sales and receipts. Perform bank entries and ensure accurate bank reconciliation. Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and financial documentation. Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, outstanding statements, and reconciliations. Handle GST, TDS entries and support statutory compliance tasks. Coordinate with other departments for data collection and approvals. Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial records. ⸻ Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in accounting roles Strong knowledge of Tally (mandatory). Ability to independently perform bank entries and reconciliations. Good knowledge of basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
