Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Associate (2–4 years) to support our finance operations for both E-commerce and offline trade channels. The role involves handling accounting, reconciliations, compliance support, and vendor management in a fast-paced nutraceutical & FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Accounting & Invoicing

Record accounting entries in Tally ERP.

Prepare & maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes.

Manage petty cash, reimbursements, and vendor entries.

Sales & Bank Reconciliations

Perform reconciliation of E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, 1mg, Zepto, Tata Cliq, Website, etc.).

Match settlement reports vs. dashboards & highlight mismatches.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

Compliance & Audit Support

Assist in preparing data for GST, TDS, and statutory returns.

Maintain proper filing of invoices & financial documents for audits.

Coordinate with CA/finance team on compliance requirements.

Inventory & Vendor Support

Record vendor invoices, GRNs & stock-related entries.

Maintain vendor payment tracker & follow up on discrepancies.

Support inventory reconciliation with supply chain team.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily/weekly trackers for sales, receivables, deductions & vendor payments.

Share timely updates with management on short payments, claims, and credit notes.

Ownership & Accountability

Take full responsibility for assigned accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Proactively identify mismatches, delays, or process gaps and drive resolution with relevant teams.

Maintain transparency and communicate issues/escalations in advance.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com (mandatory) CA/ICWA Inter preferred.

2–4 years of relevant experience (preferably in FMCG/E-commerce).

Proficiency in Tally ERP & MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

Basic understanding of GST, TDS & compliance norms.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & ability to work under deadlines.
