Job Description

Job Title: Ads Executive – Performance Marketing (Marketplace + Paid Media)


Role Objective:

We are seeking a multi-skilled, detail-oriented, and data-driven Ads Executive to manage and optimize campaigns across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, Myntra) and digital platforms (Meta, Google). The role requires end-to-end ownership of campaigns, accountability for performance metrics, and the ability to work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth. Success will be measured through KPIs directly linked to campaign results, cost efficiency, and sales impact.


Core Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across marketplaces and digital platforms.

Monitor key metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPA) and take corrective actions proactively.

Maintain campaign hygiene, manage budgets, and ensure timely launches.

Coordinate with catalog, content, design, and sales teams for campaign readiness.

Prepare accurate and timely daily/weekly performance reports.


Cross-Functional & Multi-Skill Tasks:

Collaborate with creative teams for ad assets and copy.

Align campaign plans with sales events, promotions, and pricing strategies.

Support analytics with clean, actionable performance data.

Contribute to SEO alignment between paid and organic marketing efforts.


Ownership & Accountability:

Take complete ownership of campaign execution and performance outcomes.

Be accountable for achieving agreed KPIs and budget adherence.

Proactively identify opportunities and address performance issues without delay.

Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.

On-time campaign launch rate and reporting compliance.

Number of successful optimizations or innovations implemented.
