Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our luxury retail store team. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience in accounting, with strong proficiency in Tally, GST, TDS, and general compliance. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. Candidates with prior experience in luxury retail or high-end brands will be given preference, but applicants from other industries with the right skill set are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
• Handle GST filings, TDS deductions, and ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare and maintain all necessary reports and financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Assist with inventory accounting and reconciliation in coordination with the sales and stock teams.
• Liaise with the Director on all financial matters and provide regular updates.
• Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
• Maintain organized documentation for all accounting records.
• Support in budgeting and forecasting as required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (Master’s degree or CA Inter is a plus).
• 10 to 15 years of experience in accounting roles.
• Proficient in Tally ERP.
• Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English, Tami and Hindi (both verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and report directly to senior management.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Candidates with experience in luxury retail, fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands are highly preferred.
