Job Title: Senior Executive – IMOS Department: Design / Engineering / Production Location: Greater Noida Reports to: Design Manager / Production Head Job Purpose: To manage and execute design-to-manufacturing processes using IMOS software for modular furniture and interior elements. The role ensures accurate 3D modeling, technical drawings, and CNC-ready outputs that support streamlined production. Key Responsibilities: Develop 3D models and technical drawings for furniture and interior components using IMOS CAD/CAM software . Convert architectural and interior design concepts into production-ready models. Generate BOMs, cutting lists, CNC programs, and technical documentation. Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs. Optimize design for manufacturability and cost-efficiency. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, material constraints, and client requirements. Maintain and update the IMOS library with standardized products and custom solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues related to design data and machine output. Provide support in machine integration and nesting processes. Participate in design review meetings and provide feedback on product development and improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Furniture Design, Mechanical Engineering , or related field. 5–8 years of experience in IMOS within an interior/furniture manufacturing company. Proficiency in IMOS iX CAD/CAM , and knowledge of integration with CNC machinery (e.g., Homag, Biesse). Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software is a plus. Strong understanding of furniture construction methods, materials, and hardware. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred: Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, or office furniture manufacturing. Knowledge of ERP integration and material optimization. Familiarity with production workflows and lean manufacturing principles. Job Title: Project Assistant Manager – C&I (Contracts & Interiors) Department: Project Management / Interior Fit-Outs Location: GREATER NOIDA Type: Full-time Exp. -: 6 to 10 years Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant Manager – C&I to support the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. This role involves assisting in contract administration, project coordination, cost tracking, quality control, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior fit-outs for commercial, hospitality, retail, or residential sectors. Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination & Execution Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating all site activities. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure all works are carried out as per design, specification, and project timelines. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to streamline workflow. 2. Contracts & Documentation Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Good understanding of interior finishes, materials, MEP coordination, and project lifecycle. Knowledge of project management tools like MS Project, Primavera, or similar is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
