Location: Head Office / Site (as applicable)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations
Oversee books of accounts, vouchers, and ledger scrutiny
Ensure timely processing of vendor bills and payments
Monitor project-wise costs, budgets, and expense controls
Prepare and review monthly MIS, P&L, and cash flow statements
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and bankers
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Guide and supervise junior accounts staff
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
5–8 years of experience in construction / real estate industry
Strong hands-on experience with Tally / ERP systems
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory regulations
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting
Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and compliance orientation
Leadership and team-handling skills
Effective communication and coordination

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
