Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Assistant Manager based in Tiruvettipuram. The Accounts Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day accounting activities, including managing financial transactions, maintaining reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, assisting in budget preparation, monitoring financial performance, and supporting the senior management with financial insights for decision-making. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Accounting practices, Financial Reporting, and Compliance Proficiency in using Accounting Software, Financial Analysis tools, and Spreadsheet applications Experience with Budget Preparation, Cost Analysis, and Cash Flow Management Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required Relevant professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous Prior experience in the manufacturing or HVAC industry is a plus
