Job Description

As an Accounts and Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial and administrative operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your expertise in accounting and office management will be key in successfully fulfilling the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making. - Liaise with auditors and uphold compliance with financial regulations. - Monitor cash flow and financial reporting systems to ensure financial stability. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records such as ledgers, journals, and invoices. - Reconcile bank statements and address any discrepancies promptly. - Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. - Create management reports to track budgets, expenses, and financial performance effectively. - Stay informed about tax laws and regulations to guarantee compliance. - Assist in both internal and external audits by offering necessary documentation and explanations. - Implement audit recommendations to enhance financial processes. - Collaborate with various departments to develop budgets and financial forecasts. - Monitor budget adherence and report any variances for corrective action. - Utilize accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, and Tally to streamline workflows. - Identify and suggest automation tools to boost efficiency and accuracy. - Adhere to accounting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, and internal company policies. - Ensure the confidentiality of financial data is maintained at all times. Administrative Duties: - Supervise office operations including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relations. - Support HR tasks such as onboarding, record-keeping, and addressing employee queries. - Organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and storage of documents. - Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events efficiently. - Implement and enhance office policies and procedures to optimize operations.,
