Accounts and Administration Officer

As a Financial Analyst at our company, your role will involve preparing and presenting timely and accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, including income tax, GST, TDS, Customs, and other applicable taxes and statutory dues. - Conducting financial analysis and providing insights to support strategic decision-making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize financial performance. - Preparing necessary documentation and assisting in internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance and address any audit queries or requirements. - Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures. - Staying updated on relevant accounting regulations, standards, and best practices. Implementing changes as required to ensure compliance and minimize financial risks. - Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analysing variances, and providing recommendations for improvement. Qualifications required for this role include proficiency in Tally ERP and Excel, excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, working experience in Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other related filings and compliances, as well as fluency in spoken Telugu and Hindi.
