Accounts and Admin officer

Job Scope

Join the team as a Accounts and Admin Officer, responsible for overseeing the day to day Accounting, Administrative duties and HR related matters. This position will suit someone willing to rejoin the workforce after a break.

TOUCHTiER is an established Cloud Consulting company providing services to the Hospitality industry customers in Australia, Singapore and USA. The company is a pioneer in cloud based solutions and services.

Responsibilities

As an office administrator you will take a leading role in the day to day duties and responsibilities that will include but not limited to :

  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager of the company.
  • Coordinate and manage all activities to ensure the efficient running of office operations.
  • Manage housekeeping staff and ensure office premises are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Oversee all aspects of office operations and maintenance, including electricity, air conditioning, lighting, and plumbing.
  • Coordinate and follow up with vendors, electricians, plumbers, and other service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor office equipment and furniture; arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Assisting in the staff recruitment process.
  • Accounting and maintaining all the invoices/bill of office expenses
  • Maintaining petty cash expenses records.
  • Filing of documents.
  • Assisting in bookkeeping, data entry and reconciliations.
  • Maintaining staff’s leave records
  • Maintaining the records of office assets.
  • Staff welfare

Requirements:

  • Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
  • Experience in using Accounting software.
  • Previous experience in an IT company is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: Negotiable

Job Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu

Required education: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Commerce or business administration)

Required experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the similar role.
