Immediate opening for Product Support & Implementation Engineer.

As a Product Support Engineer, you will provide Product support to customers, focused on diagnosing and troubleshooting the application. Implementation responsibilities includes coordinating and facilitating the delivery of software developed within a program to IT Operations for deployment into the production environment

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients via email/phone
• Validate infrastructure on which the application will be deployed are robust and stable.
• Ensure that a detailed deployment plan has been documented along with a backout plan should anything go wrong during deployment.
• Validate that the product has been correctly packaged before deployment and ensure that all release controls have been satisfied.
• Complete implementation tasks in a timely manner
• Complete system implementation by agreed deadlines
• Follow up 3rd party companies for support items and implementation credentials
• Notify relevant team leader immediately of any delays or issues during implementation process

Required Skill Sets

• Ability to manage commitments to customer, manager etc
• Pro-active problem-solving attitude with strong written and communication skills
• Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work
• Very good analytical & learning skills
• Good grasping skills & work closely with team
• Familiar with ticket/task management software
• Process documentation
• MS SQL
