Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and visionary Technical Manager to lead our technical team and oversee the planning and execution of multiple software projects in the hospitality domain. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a solid technical background, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams and complex IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Define and execute the company’s technical vision, architecture, and product roadmap
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies relevant to hospitality and IT infrastructure
• Guide the development team on architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of all platforms and applications

Project Management:

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from planning, execution, delivery, to maintenance
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines and budgets
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery and high-quality outcomes

Team Management:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing technical team
• Conduct regular code reviews, team evaluations, and skill development initiatives
• Foster a collaborative and innovation-driven team culture

Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and set expectations
• Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to the management team

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 15 years of experience in software development and team leadership
• Strong project management skills (PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with software development stacks (e.g., Java, .NET, PHP, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), DevOps practices, and cybersecurity
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in the hospitality domain is highly preferred
