Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical due diligence and property/asset valuations for Home Loan (HL) & MSME portfolios.
Manage site inspections, construction monitoring, and risk flagging to ensure secured lending.
Drive TAT, audit compliance, and technical report quality across branches and vendors.
Partner with Credit & Legal teams for accurate collateral assessment and approval support.

Preferred candidate profile

.Tech/B.E (Civil) / Graduate with 26+ years in HL & MSME technical/valuation roles.
Expertise in property valuation, construction quality, and industrial asset assessment.
Knowledge of LTV norms, collateral risk, and regulatory compliance.
