Accounts and Admin Executive

Role Summary The HR Admin & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office administration, HR operations, and accounting tasks. The role demands a multitasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination across departments.  KRA: Task / Activities Human Resources:· Assist in recruitment coordination and maintain employee records.·  Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee documentation.·  Support onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.Administration: Handle day-to-day office administration, vendor follow-ups, and logistics.·  Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and documentation.·  Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, Accounts.  Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally.  Support GST filing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking. Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports.  KPI: Performance Metrics·  Accuracy in data entry and reporting. Timely submission of HR and accounting documentation. Smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency. Compliance with accounting and HR processes.  Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit) Required Skills Preferred skills· Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good organizational and multitasking ability. Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, and HR compliance. Experience in office administration or accounts support.  Attitude Required for This Position·  Proactive and responsible approach to work. Willingness to learn across multiple business functions. Positive and team-oriented mindset.
