CFOLogic is global accounting (non-audit) firm working in the US, UK, Australia and India. We work with small and medium sized business to reduce finance cost and maximise their peace of mind. We're extended finance teams for our clients and with we provide support to accelerate their sustained growth. We have worked with numerous businesses across industries, size, geographies and lifecycle - from startup to fundraise to scaleup to exit. Our main office is in Pune and have a few team members working with us from Mumbai and Bangalore remotely. 

 

Accounting Specialist.

 

 

Financial Accounting & Reporting:

  • Record and Process Transactions and Events

  • Verify, input and process routine financial accounting data/ entries withing the accounting systems. 
  • Payroll processing and employee reimbursements  
  • Prepare External Financial Reports:

     
  • Preparation of financial statements, monthly accounts closing. 
  • Weekly/monthly MIS reporting  
  • Preparation of tax audit report, income tax return. 

 

AR / AP management:

  • Customer management

     
  • Account reconciliations 
  • TDS reconciliations/follow-ups 
  • Vendor management

     
  • Account reconciliations 
  • GST reconciliations/follow-ups  
  • Vendor invoice checking and accounting. 

 

Financial Management:

  • Manage and control working capital:

     
  • Bank interactions for day-to-day banking requirements 
  • Stock and debtors statement submissions 

 

Taxation:

  • Tax Computations and Assessments:

     
  • Tax Computation and Statutory Compliances 
  • Form 15 CA/CB filing 
  • Tax Compliance and Verification:

     
  • TDS calculation and payment, TDS Returns  
  • GST calculation and payment, GST Returns

     

 

Audit and Assurance:

  • Prepare for and plan the audit and assurance process:

     
  • Plan and monitor the audit programme. 
  • Audit support and coordination  

 

 

Requirements:

  1. 2 – 3 years of experience of working in outsourced accounting & finance service providers 
  2. Good written and verbal communication skills in English language, Tech savvy 
  3. Good knowledge of TDS and TCS and their compliances 
  4. Experience in accounting for cost centres and inventory management 
  5. GST – monthly and annual filling and workings and ensure proper compliances of laws. 
  6. Knowledge of accounting and management transactions in multicurrency and for multiple branches/subsidiaries transactions. 
  7. Well versed with MS Office, Tally, Zoho and winman 
  8. Should have idea of Companies Act requirements and FEMA compliances. 
  9. Knowledge of Statutory Audits and Tax audits 
  10. Self-motivated with a result driven approach 
  11. Stakeholder Management 
  12. Keeping sensitive information of client/organisation confidential.  
  13. Plan, identify and monitor individual targets and standards of delivery to meet the departmental and strategic objectives of organisation.
