Accounting Specialist

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for processing invoices efficiently. This includes assigning functional approvers for non-PO invoices, importing invoices into the ERP using automation software, reviewing invoices for tax treatment corrections, and managing vendor documents. It is crucial to maintain accurate documentation of exception resolution processes, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and retain invoices and supporting documentation per company guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Process invoices by assigning functional approvers for non-PO invoices - Import invoices into the ERP using automation software - Review invoices for tax treatment corrections - Collect and manage vendor documents - Maintain accurate documentation of exception resolution processes - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements - Retain invoices and supporting documentation per company guidelines Qualifications Required: - Attention to detail - Organizational and time management skills - Strong communication abilities - Capacity to interact effectively with staff and management at various levels - Fluency in English The role also involves supporting regional controllers in analyzing root causes of exceptions, collaborating with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently, working with the Accounting Manager to enhance system functionalities, and implementing feedback from the global accounting team. The work hours for this position are Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
