Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Introduction & Summary:

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
• Post accurate accounting entries in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Utilize Concur or similar expense management tools for processing employee expense claims and maintaining audit-ready records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, and HR) to streamline AP operations and ensure timely payments.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AP and general ledger entries.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and contribute to automation efforts within the AP function.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven 5+ Years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice handling, posting entries, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience with Concur expense management systems.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
