Accounting & Reporting Senior Analyst

• M&A AND BUSINESS VALUATION
  Supports the management in the preparation of business valuation data as required by independent valuators for the valuation of the various business as required. Supports the management as being a part of the Financial workstream including the Balance Sheet Separation process during the M&A transaction.

• FIDUCIARY AND SUSTAINABILITY
  Supports the Fiduciary assurance process to the Global BA & local legal team. Works as SPOC for financial information forming part of sustainability reporting both for local and global; collaborates with the sustainability team.

• CONTROLLING
  Compiles the performance data for various legal entities in India and works with FAO team for providing analysis for periodic reporting as well as Board presentations. Supports the implementation of Global Authorization table, creation of the Local Authorization table and the supporting the GMAS process. Support the location management team deciding the cost allocation and implementation of Table of Authority for common location expenses.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, Performance Management, Operational Excellence, Risk Management and Internal Controls, Data Analytics.
• Full time B.Com/M.Com or MBA in Finance.
• Maintains proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and other reviews.
• Participates as a member in various IS projects that need co-ordination centrally.
• Participates in Country / location dialogue sessions with various business to understand the business performance & fiduciary issues at various locations.
• Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics in all activities.
• Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, and importance.
