Job Title: Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance

Location: Noida

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager – Accounts & Finance to manage

end-to-end accounting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role requires strong technical

expertise, hands-on accounting skills, and the ability to ensure accuracy and compliance with all

statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts, including general ledger, journal entries,

accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports for management

review.

 Ensure timely GST filings, TDS returns, Income Tax compliance, and other statutory

obligations.

 Handle compliance and verification of seller tax invoices, e-way bills, GST reconciliation, and

related documentation.

 Create and issue SteelBazaar tax invoices, e-way bills, and other statutory documents as per

government norms.

 Reconcile vendor and customer accounts, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve

discrepancies.

 Monitor cash flows, track expenses, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

 Process payroll-related accounting entries and coordinate with HR/Payroll teams.

 Assist in finalization of accounts, tax audits, and statutory audits.

 Maintain proper documentation and systematic filing of accounting records, vouchers, and

financial correspondence.

 Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors for smooth audit closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter

preferred).

 4–8 years of relevant experience in corporate or mid-sized business environments.

 Proficiency in Tally ERP, advanced MS Excel, and sound understanding of accounting

principles

 Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance requirements.

 Hands-on experience with reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and journal accounting.

 Familiarity with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks

(preferred).
