About the Role

We’re seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to

join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

digital design and a good understanding of offline creative needs. You’ll

be responsible for developing visually compelling static creatives, GIFs,

and multimedia assets that support our marketing efforts across various

channels — including WhatsApp, emailers, social media, websites, and

print collateral.

This role is perfect for someone who can transform concepts into

impactful visuals while upholding brand consistency and delivering

under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities

 Design visually appealing static creatives for digital marketing

campaigns, print media, and internal communications.

 Create engaging GIFs and lightweight animations for WhatsApp, email,

and social media.

 Adapt and resize creatives across multiple platforms such as Instagram,

Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Email, Website Banners, Flyers, Posters,

and more.

 Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to

understand campaign goals and develop relevant creative assets.

 Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and ensure a high standard

of design execution across all materials.

 Juggle multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines without

compromising on quality.

 Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best

practices in both digital and print media.

Requirements

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,

InDesign), Figma, or equivalent design tools.

 Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of digital-first designs and print

creatives.

 Basic knowledge of GIF/animation creation for digital platforms.

 Exceptional attention to detail, layout, and visual storytelling.

 Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative, fast-

paced team environment.

 Experience in creating designs for WhatsApp marketing, email

campaigns, and social media is a strong advantage.
