Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Automation Manager located in Noida. The Marketing Automation Manager will be responsible for overseeing marketing operations, implementing marketing automation processes, and managing campaign strategies. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing marketing analytics, generating leads, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Marketing Automation Strategy : Define and implement the short- and long-term vision for marketing automation across all customer lifecycle stages. Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation to reduce costs, increase leads, and streamline operations. MarTech Ownership : Manage the full marketing tech stack (e., HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, etc.) ensuring optimal performance and troubleshooting when necessary. Data Integrity & Compliance : Maintain clean, compliant, and actionable marketing data in alignment with GDPR, PECR, and company privacy policies. Journey Optimization : Use data and customer insights to analyze, test, and improve acquisition and retention strategies. Team Enablement : Build governance frameworks and deliver training to help marketing teams run effective, compliant, and conversion-focused email and digital campaigns. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in marketing automation or digital marketing , ideally in a high-growth B2B technology environment. Hands-on expertise with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot , or similar. Experience with web tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Snowflake). Strong ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various stakeholders. A strategic thinker who can balance daily execution with long-term growth planning. Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and adapts quickly to change. Excellent communication , project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
