Job Description

1. Accounting & BookkeepingRecord day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Maintain ledgers, journals, and other accounting records accurately. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable entries. Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly. Assist in preparing trial balances and monthly closing reports. 2. GST, TDS & CompliancePrepare and verify GST input/output entries and assist in filing returns. Ensure proper deduction and accounting of TDS. Maintain records for tax audits and statutory compliance. 3. Payroll & ExpensesSupport payroll processing and maintain employee reimbursement records. Track office expenses and petty cash transactions. 4. Financial ReportingPrepare Excel-based financial reports, MIS statements, and data summaries. Create and maintain spreadsheets for budgets, cash flow, and forecasts. Use Advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, Conditional Formatting, etc.) for data analysis and reconciliation. 5. Audit SupportAssist senior accountants during internal and external audits. Provide necessary documentation and clarification for audit queries. 6. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with vendors, banks, and clients for accounting-related matters. Support senior management with ad-hoc financial data and reports. 7. Office Administration (if applicable)Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for accounting documents. Support general office administrative tasks when required.
