Job Title: Telecalling Executive – Real EstateJob SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and schedule site visits for real estate projects. The role focuses on engaging prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases Handle inbound calls and respond to property-related inquiries Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans Generate and qualify leads for residential/commercial properties Schedule site visits and follow up with interested clients Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions Regularly follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales Coordinate with the sales team for lead closure Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets Update CRM systems with customer details and call outcomes Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline) Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales role (real estate preferred) Excellent communication skills in English and local language Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity Ability to handle rejection and work under targets Customer-oriented and result-driven mindset Experience0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales Work Conditions Office-based role Fixed salary + incentives/commissions Full-time position Preferred CandidateExperience in real estate telecalling or property sales Knowledge of local real estate market Immediate joiners preferred
