Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur for a Telecaller at The Consulting Mind. The Telecaller will manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers, promote services, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions. The role requires a proactive and professional approach to communicating with potential and existing clients while working collaboratively with the team to meet the company’s goals.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to confidently interact with clients and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in CRM software, Data Management, and Accurate Record-keeping to handle client information efficiently.
Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution skills to address customer inquiries and challenges effectively.
Ability to meet sales targets and goals, along with a customer-focused approach and excellent organizational skills.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or a related role is a plus.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and other regional languages is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
