Job Description

🧹 General Office MaintenanceKeep the office premises clean and tidy (sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.). Clean desks, chairs, windows, and other office furniture. Maintain cleanliness in pantry, washrooms, and meeting rooms. Dispose of garbage and ensure hygienic conditions in all areas. ☕ Pantry & Refreshment DutiesPrepare and serve tea, coffee, or water to staff and visitors. Maintain stock of pantry items (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc.). Clean utensils, cups, and pantry equipment. Refill drinking water bottles or dispensers. 📦 Administrative SupportDeliver and collect documents, parcels, or couriers within and outside the office. Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. Help in setting up meeting rooms (arranging chairs, projectors, etc.). Support staff in basic office tasks when required. 👔 Visitor AssistanceWelcome and guide visitors to the appropriate person or department. Offer refreshments to guests. Inform concerned staff about visitor arrivals. 🧰 Miscellaneous DutiesRun errands such as purchasing office supplies or depositing cheques. Assist in shifting furniture, equipment, or materials. Ensure proper locking and switching off of lights/fans/ACs after office hours. Handle minor maintenance tasks or report issues to the admin department. ⚙️ Reporting & DisciplineReport directly to the Admin Officer or Office Manager. Maintain punctuality, good conduct, and a neat appearance. Follow office policies and maintain confidentiality.
