Responsibilities: * Greet guests & manage phone calls * Maintain front desk organization * Coordinate deliveries & mail distribution * Manage Secretarial activities of CEO * Keep track of schedule & meetings of CEO * Take & manage CEOs appointments
Maintain office cleanliness, serve tea/coffee, handle photocopying, courier, and filing tasks. Arrange meetings, manage pantry and supplies, assist staff, and ensure hygiene, orderliness, and basic admin duties as assigned.
