Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure timely filing of taxes, TDS, GST returns, and other statutory compliance.

Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and resolving queries.

Maintain asset registers and depreciation schedules.

Monitor cash flows, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA Inter or similar qualification is a plus).

Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, services] preferred.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.

Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
