Job Description

Financial Recordkeeping Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions. Ensure data is organized for easy retrieval and reporting. Preparation of Financial Statements Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Budgeting and Forecasting Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances. Tax Compliance and Reporting Prepare and file tax returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines. Accounts Payable and Receivable Management Monitor incoming and outgoing payments. Reconcile supplier and customer accounts. Payroll Processing Calculate and process employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Internal Controls and Auditing Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Assist in internal and external audits. Bank Reconciliation Reconcile bank statements with company records regularly. Identify and resolve discrepancies. Compliance and Regulatory Filing Ensure compliance with corporate laws and financial regulations. Handle filings with ROC, MCA, or other statutory bodies as applicable. Financial Analysis and Reporting Analyze financial data to provide insights for decision-making. Generate periodic reports for management review.
